To start off I would like to Thank Myles & Holly for being so kind & patient & understanding. The process of selling your home by yourself is very simple. What made mine go so smooth is because Myles talked to me & not at me, he understood why I wanted to sell & most important thing I like about Myles he didn’t come in an start talking about what he would offer. We talked about the house & Myles & Holly shared a lot of ideas of what could be done. I must say I was very pleased with my offer it was more than I expected since no major updates had been done to my house. I will tell anyone if your looking to sell than Myles is the man you want, you also get to meet a live person to talk to. It is definitely a legit business. I would recommend to anyone. My hardest part was packing Myles handled the rest.
